What are the Responsibilities? As our Parts Associate,



you'll be the go-to person keeping our Parts department running smoothly — helping customers and technicians find exactly what they need, when they need it.
Answer calls and help customers at the parts counter with a smile
Track down the right parts and get orders processed and shipped
Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, keeping inventory accurate
Help prepare quotes and keep billing and truck stock on point
Keep our Road Technicians stocked up and ready to roll
Pitch in wherever the team needs a hand
What are the Requirements? High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2–5 years of relevant experience (heavy equipment, truck & transport, automotive, industrial…we’ll look at any relevant parts exposure!)
Bonus points if you know your way around material handling parts and accessories
Comfortable in MS Excel, no need to be an expert
Present a knack for staying organized when things get busy
Must be a team player with great people skills; this is a smaller branch, the crew works together to ensure smooth operations and successful customer delivery.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with a hands‑on role
