We are looking for a dedicated Buyer and Yard Coordinator to join our construction team. In this fly-in/fly-out role, you will oversee the purchasing and management of essential construction materials.

You will coordinate with various project stakeholders to ensure all necessary materials are purchased and organized efficiently. Your expertise and knowledge of construction practices, along with strong Excel skills, will enable you to maintain updated inventory records and minimize project delays. Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire and manage materials and supplies for construction projects
• Issue and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs)




• Validate deliveries against orders and packing slips
• Keep the yard and inventory organized and secure
• Foster supplier relationships for material needs

Requirements:
• Background in construction purchasing and inventory management
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Bilingual in both English and French
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
