Reporting to the Manager, Training & Development, your role is pivotal in guiding apprentices through technical and practical challenges to ensure their growth in the mining sector. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities alongside a solid foundation in equipment maintenance and a commitment to career development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and enhance the HDET apprenticeship program
• Design training plans adhering to industry standards
• Deliver technical training and develop resources




• Collaborate with maintenance leaders to facilitate success
• Track apprentice progress and evaluate training effectiveness

Requirements:
• Interprovincial Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification
• 5+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience
• Experience in coaching and developing apprentices
• Expertise in equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
