Key Responsibilities:
• Establish rapport with clients and community stakeholders
• Facilitate diverse recovery groups and workshops
• Oversee clients during the Contingency Management program




• Address mental health emergencies with sensitivity
• Develop personalized programming based on client interests

Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in addiction support
• Expertise in working with trauma and recovery
• Excellent organizational skills and technological proficiency
• Strong facilitator with no active addictions
• Transparent criminal record check and insight into Indigenous issues
