The position is based at the Charlton Campus and part of the Hamilton Regional Laboratory Medicine Program. You'll perform essential IHC procedures, ensuring the highest quality service to the community. Your experience with histology and IHC, along with communication and problem-solving skills, will be invaluable in enhancing patient care and supporting clinical applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate IHC staining operations
• Carry out quality assurance for IHC processes
• Develop antibodies as directed by specialists




• Troubleshoot and resolve staining challenges
• Manage inventory control for IHC reagents

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario is mandatory
• 3 years of experience in histology and IHC preferred
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude
• Possible practical examination during the interview
