The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production of sausage products including sujuk, salami, pepperoni, bologna, frankfurters, etc., while ensuring full compliance with Canadian Food Inspection Agency requirements and the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR). The Production Manager will lead production staff, ensure food safety compliance, optimize yields, control costs, and maintain product quality standards.DutiesPlan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities.Monitor drying parameters (humidity, temperature), and cooking processes.Ensure consistent product quality, yield optimization, and minimal waste.Oversee proper operation of grinders, mixers, stuffers, smokehouses,
