Key Responsibilities:
• Craft comprehensive plans for maintenance activities
• Maintain work packages including labor and materials
• Collaborate with teams to manage maintenance backlog
• Ensure synchronization of maintenance and production scheduling
• Support overall planning and KPI management
Requirements:
• 5+ years in maintenance planning roles
• Engineering degree or relevant trade certification
• Expertise in CMMS tools like SAP, Maximo
• Experience in ERP system implementation preferred
• Familiarity with maintenance planning strategies
