The Role

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who’s ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll support the Store Manager in running day-to-day operations, leading the team, and keeping the store performing at its best.

This is a great opportunity if you have retail experience and are ready to grow into a leadership position.

What You’ll Do

- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
- Lead by example on the sales floor and deliver great customer experiences




- Coach and support team members to help them succeed
- Help with scheduling, opening/closing, and store organizationMaintain strong visual merchandising and store standards
- Step in to handle customer questions or concerns

What We’re Looking For

- Previous retail experience (leadership experience is a bonus)Confident, positive, and team-focused attitudeStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to motivate and support a teamOrganized and able to manage multiple tasksComfortable in a fast-paced environmentReliable and versatile with scheduling
