We are seeking a Relief Youth Worker who can deliver client-centered care while ensuring the safety and well-being of residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct youth care in a congregate setting
• Foster an inclusive environment that respects diversity
• Document and report on care activities
• Ensure safety protocols are followed consistently
• Actively participate in the facility's operation
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Child & Youth Work
• Relevant experience in a similar setting preferred
• First Aid/CPR certification required
• Certification in managing aggressive behavior necessary
• Ontario G driver’s license is beneficial
