As a Trainmaster, your focus will be on coordinating and overseeing all train movements within the terminal. You will develop and implement operational plans, lead safety discussions and ensure that performance standards are met effectively. This position plays a critical role in fostering a safe work environment and coaching Train & Engine teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure execution of Local Service Operating Plans
• Supervise all train operations and safety procedures
• Focus on productivity and safety compliance metrics
• Conduct efficiency assessments and mentor staff
• Lead investigations in operational scenarios

Requirements:
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a conductor is essential
• At least 2 years in supervisory logistics
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong analytical and communication skills
