Ottawa Salus seeks a Finance Manager who will report to the VP, Finance and handle a wide range of financial responsibilities including forecasting, budgeting, and compliance oversight. Your efforts will ensure the finance team provides accurate and strategic insights, assisting in the organization's commitment to support individuals overcoming mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily activities and supervision of Finance team
• Manage the accuracy of monthly and annual financial closes




• Produce detailed financial statements and management reports
• Coordinate with department heads on budget processes
• Oversee compliance-related financial reporting for funders

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent required
• CPA certification or in progress
• At least two years’ supervisory accounting experience
• Minimum of five years managing accounts in the charitable sector
• Proficient with Sage Intacct and Microsoft Office tools
