Must haves:

- 10+ years in a senior leadership role
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in data modeling and information classification at the enterprise level
- 10+ years working with information architecture frameworks, models, taxonomies, and ontologies
- A strategic mindset - you connect data work to business value and financial outcomes
- A track record of driving data-driven decision-making through creative strategy
- Experience managing relationships across technology, operations, and business stakeholders
- Comfort assessing financial, human, and customer impact

Nice to have:

- TOGAF certification
- MBA
