You will produce accurate, complete, and competitive estimates from conceptual budgets through tender close for multi-unit residential projects, working closely with design, project management, site teams, and trade partners.
You will read drawings, surface gaps, document assumptions, and price buildable options. 3–5 years estimating experience, proficiency in Excel, takeoff software, Bluebeam Revu, and collaboration
