Contribute to patient safety as a Full-Time On-Call Patient Watch member with Paladin Security. Your role is key in monitoring at-risk individuals and ensuring a secure workplace.

In this position based in Ponoka, you'll take on patient monitoring responsibilities that require keen observation and incident reporting. Flexibility is essential, as you will be working various shifts, including overnight, and may need to travel to multiple locations. Applicants must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and have the availability for potential on-call shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor patients' overall safety at all times
• Report any alterations in the patient's condition
• Maintain detailed logs of patient interactions
• Use communication devices to relay information
• Exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times

Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED required
• First Aid and CPR - Level C certification needed
• A current Class 5 driver’s license required
• Availability for weekdays and weekends
• Willingness to participate in security training
