Paladin Security seeks passionate individuals for the Tactical Healthcare Security Officer position in our Emergency Department. This role combines security enforcement, incident response, and a strong focus on customer service. Regular patrols and effective communication with law enforcement are part of your daily responsibilities, helping to maintain an atmosphere of safety and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor emergency alarms and rapidly respond
• Effectively de-escalate conflicts using verbal skills
• Conduct thorough investigations and complete necessary reports




• Provide security oversight and assistance during patient restraints
• Collaborate with hospital staff and emergency services staff

Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of security experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Certification in First Aid & CPR-Level C
• Must obtain a Security License in Nova Scotia
• Previous law enforcement experience considered advantageous
