Become an Electrical Engineering Lead focused on Power Distribution with Adecco in Calgary, AB. This permanent, full-time position involves overseeing the electrical design of complex oil and gas projects.

In this role, you'll report directly to the Discipline Lead and provide critical technical leadership. Your responsibilities span from developing design criteria and specifications to conducting essential engineering calculations and supervising junior staff. You'll ensure compliance with all regulatory standards while contributing to project plans and cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead electrical design for oil and gas facilities
• Create design specifications and technical documents




• Perform advanced electrical calculations and modeling
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on projects
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in facilities design
• Must be a registered P.Eng. with APEGA
• Proficiency in ETAP/SKM modeling
• Robust leadership and communication skills
