Join our client in Burlington specializing in heat tracing solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on assembly work and prefers a role where they can stay busy and work independently. With steady full‑time hours, a temp‑to‑hire opportunity, and full training provided, you’ll build a variety of products at your own workstation while remaining part of a supportive team workplace.

Location: Burlington, ON

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Wage: $22/hour + 4% vacation pay ($22.88/hour)

Pay: Weekly pay every Friday!

What You’ll Do

Assemble heat tracing products and components using hand and basic power tools

Follow shop drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to build products to specification

Pick required materials and components from inventory

Cut, prepare,



and assemble materials and fittings

Complete both standard and custom orders with a high degree of accuracy

Package finished products and prepare them for shipping

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

What You Need

Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and basic power tools

Ability to read and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Reliable transportation to Burlington
