The Chance:
In this role, you will support the Director of the Board Governance Unit who is also the General Manager of the Farm Land Security Board. You will also provide administrative support to various Board and Tribunals including scheduling and organizing logistics for monthly Board Meetings or tribunal hearings. You will be responsible for all administrative activities related to a variety of sensitive and confidential documents including general correspondence, briefing materials, Cabinet Items, Court Reports, tables, graphs and presentation materials with a keen eye for detail. As the Executive Coordinator you will also work closely with the unit Specialists, particularly on farm land foreclosure communications.
