Job Description: TheManager, Building Services isakeyleaderinSaskatchewanhealthcare,partneringwithsystemleaderstoachieveour province’s healthcare goals.ReportingtotheDirectorofBuilding Services, theManagerisresponsibleforcreatingoperationallinesofsightthatconnecttothegoals and objectives oftheSHA. TheManagersupportsstrategythroughthedevelopmentandexecution of operational andbusinessplans,includingcascading,monitoring,reporting,andcoursecorrection of same.TheManagerdemonstratesstrongleadershiptoenableaninnovativeandpositive working climate andaclient‐centricculture.TheManagermustworkcrossfunctionallywithintheportfolio and across theorganizationtosupportoperations. TheManagerwilldeveloppartnershipsandwork closely with systemandcommunitypartners.
