University Health Network (UHN) is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join the 3D - FSTH team at West Park Healthcare Centre. This permanent part-time role is 0.6 FTE, with day and night shifts, reporting to the Manager, Program Services.
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care within an interdisciplinary team, plan and evaluate care, mentor students and recent staff, and participate in hospital initiatives while upholding patient safety and professional standards.
