Description We are an industry leader in automotive and industrial manufacturing, producing a wide range of stamping presses--including transfer presses, high-speed automatic and blanking presses, robotic tandem press lines, and progressive forming presses. Our stamping product mix features body-in-white stampings, structural stampings, and heavy gauge frame components.
We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic Millwright to join our team in one of Narmco's production plants. In this role, you will perform routine and complex maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and collaborate closely with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure seamless plant operations.
Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using technical schematics and strong analytical skills.
Operate and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLC's) for advanced automated systems.
Execute welding tasks as needed for equipment repairs or custom modifications.
Deliver exceptional support by partnering with production teams to optimize machinery uptime.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs,



and equipment performance.
Qualifications Proven ability to perform and instruct in the operation, repair, rebuild, and dismantling of all types of equipment and tools without supervision.
Hands-on experience with stamping press repair, automation repair, industrial equipment maintenance, and preventative/predictive maintenance.
Ability to safely operate all required job functions and tool room equipment.
Extensive knowledge of air and hydraulic systems, air refrigeration, air compressors, and proportional valve repairs.
Verified SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) and GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) experience.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to implement effective, hands‑on corrective actions.
