Pay Rate : $8090/hour (Incorporated)

About the Chance
A large national healthcare organization is building a new Azure-native customer onboarding platform that will support both customer-facing and internal business operations.

This is a hands‑on Lead Software Engineer opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing technical leadership with software development.

You’ll initially partner with a Senior Solution Architect and implementation vendor to guide technical decisions, review solution designs, and ensure enterprise integrations align with architecture, security, and operational standards.

As ownership transitions from the vendor to the internal engineering team, you’ll become the long‑term technical owner of the platform and lead ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery for a modern Azure-native enterprise application.

Design and develop enterprise APIs, middleware, and integration services.

Review vendor designs and provide technical guidance throughout implementation.

Build and support integrations across multiple enterprise platforms.

Partner with Solution Architecture, Security,



Infrastructure, and Operations teams.

Participate in technical design reviews and solution planning.

Contribute hands‑on to application development, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

Support knowledge transfer and gradually assume ownership of the application

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of software engineering experience.

Recent experience as a Lead Engineer , Technical Lead , or Senior Software Engineer .

Strong Azure application development experience.

Experience designing and developing enterprise integrations.

Experience with REST APIs, microservices, messaging, middleware, or event-driven architectures.

Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, MDM, ERP, or CRM systems.

Strong understanding of enterprise SDLC, security, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.

Comfortable leading technical discussions while remaining hands‑on.
