Your mission will include conducting individual assessments, creating action plans, and providing essential career counseling. You will collaborate with community organizations and support participants in overcoming employment barriers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct participant pre-screening and eligibility assessment
• Develop personalized action plans for job seekers




• Provide counseling and assistance in resume writing and interview prep
• Facilitate access to community resources and training programs
• Regularly document participant progress and feedback

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years in career counseling or related fields
• Strong group facilitation and interpersonal skills
