Our founder Mike Cesto started in the industry in 1970 with one of the largest insulation contractors in the area at the time and became familiar with all aspects of the commercial and industrial mechanical insulation industry. This knowledge was handed down to his son Sasha Cesto, who has been with the company since its inception. Pay: CA$18.00 - CA$32.00 per hour (dependent on commercial and industrial insulation experience)

Job description:



The ideal candidate will have 1 - 5 years experience as a Commercial Insulator. Are you a passionate and skilled Commercial Insulator and looking for work? If you answered yes, then you are who we are looking for.
Duties and Responsibilities Measure and cut insulating materials to required dimensions using hand and power tools.
Apply and secure insulation using pasting, strapping, taping and other application and installation methods.
Fit insulation around obstructions and protrusions.
Install vapor barriers.
Apply Canvas, PVC and Metal Cladding finishes over insulating materials.
Listen and be receptive to instructions.
Work to achieve set goals, action plans, and timelines for project completion.
Work in a secure manner as per company and per client expectations
Work independently and as a team member
