Your Role
AsPaper Machine Superintendent, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:

Leading daily paper machine operations to achieve SQDEP performance targets (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Efficiency, People).

Drive execution of daily management systems,



including structured shift handovers and production reviews.

Monitor performance, identify losses, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead, coach, and develop frontline supervisors and hourly employees to build capability and accountability.

Champion a strong safety culture through visible leadership, audits, and incident investigations.

Partner closely with Maintenance and Quality teams to improve reliability and process performance.

What You Bring
You're a natural fit forPaper Machine Superintendentif you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred. Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.

5–8+ years of progressive experience in paper manufacturing or similar heavy industry

Proven leadership experience managing supervisors and/or production teams

Strong technical understanding of paper machine operations

Demonstrated ability to drive results and continuous improvement

Experience in a Production Supervisor role, Superintendent or Production Manager role preferred

Exposure to reliability programs or manufacturing excellence systems

Willingness to relocate, relocation benefit offered.
