This role, within the Patient Access & Navigation Services team, focuses on overseeing province-wide strategic clinical projects, including the Primary Care Program. You will be responsible for leading complex projects that require deep knowledge of project management principles and healthcare systems. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage EHR Modernization initiatives with a focus on timely delivery
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders including Canada Health Infoway
• Define program goals and manage budgeting processes




• Organize program activities and team operations
• Direct client engagement and communication strategies

Requirements:
• 7 to 10 years’ experience managing digital health projects
• Knowledge of EHR systems and healthcare regulations
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Excellent time management and strategic planning skills
• Required onsite presence in Toronto for 3 days a week
