This position reports to the Branch Manager and requires building lasting connections with members while providing guidance on their financial needs. You will facilitate basic banking tasks, help with introductory investment queries, and ensure referrals are made to specialists when necessary. Prioritizing community values and engagement is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct meaningful onboard sessions for current members
• Assist with basic investment and loan applications
• Ensure accurate processing of estate account requests




• Facilitate business membership openings and changes
• Strive to meet referral and service performance targets

Requirements:
• At least a high school diploma needed
• 2-3 years of financial sector experience recommended
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to juggle priorities in a busy environment
• Familiarity with Credit Union products is beneficial
