This role involves working with the Child, Family and Community Wellness team, reporting directly to the Regional Healthy Family Program Supervisor. The Healthy Family Program Worker will engage with families, particularly those with children aged 0-6, to provide a mixture of one-to-one support and group programming aimed at promoting parental skills and community integration. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer tailored one-to-one support for families with children 0-6




• Conduct group sessions enhancing family and cultural ties
• Maintain accurate documentation and assessments

Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Social Work
• Minimum one year of experience with families
• Must possess a valid Class 5 Drivers License
• At least three years of experience with young families preferred
