Regular training's will be conducted, to ensure continuous development of food safety and quality culture at Wing's Food Products.

We expect every team member to support this policy and ensure that our food safety and quality culture standards are properly applied.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Manually batch dry and liquid ingredients

Operate pumps, valves, and sequences in control systems

Perform basic laboratory testing and data recording

Load and unload tanker trucks and complete necessary paperwork

Conduct general cleaning following a master sanitation schedule





Troubleshoot systems and procedures as needed

Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP rules

Safely perform all work tasks and wear all required PPE

Train incoming operators once qualified

Operate forklift for materials

Ensure safety procedures are followed by adherence to Company policies

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Ability to approach the job with safety and quality as the two most important aspects

Enjoy working in a fast-paced, self-managed team setting

Take pride in maintaining cleanliness of the machine and work area

Previous experience in batching

Solid communication skills to discuss operational matters with the team

Highly motivated, self-directed worker able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Robust interpersonal communication skills

Effective analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
