Reimagine HR Consulting is pleased to partner with our client in the wellness industry to recruit a Senior Medical Esthetician who brings advanced skill, leadership, and a deep passion for corrective skin health, especially for Fitzpatrick III–VI.

This opportunity is well suited for a Medical Esthetician who wants to make a meaningful impact, help shape protocols, mentor junior staff, and elevate the client experience.

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive consultations, create strategic treatment plans, and perform advanced corrective treatments (chemical peels, microneedling, laser, dermaplaning, facials, acne/melasma protocols, etc.). The role will also contribute to treatment development, staff education, and ongoing improvements to the client experience.

Responsibilities

- Perform advanced corrective treatments (chemical peels, microneedling, laser, dermaplaning, facials, acne/melasma protocols, etc.).
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and create strategic treatment plans.
- Uphold and refine the company’s service standards and protocols.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior estheticians.
- Maintain exceptional sanitation, organization, and workflow efficiency.
- Advise on retail strategy and support clients with personalized homecare.
- Contribute to treatment development, education,



and client experience improvements.
- Use our booking system and assist with client communication when needed.
- Represent the brand at events, shoots, workshops, and trade expos.
- Build your qualified brand with social media to attract and retain clients.

Who You Are

- 3+ years medical esthetics experience.
- Advanced experience with Fitzpatrick III–VI skin.
- Confident performing advanced modalities with minimal supervision.
- Strong consultation, product knowledge, and treatment planning skills.
- Professional, reliable, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented.
- Natural leader who elevates team culture and client experience.
- Passionate about education, continued learning, and results.
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends.
- Comfortable speaking on camera or participating in content creation.

Assets

- Educator or trainer experience.
- Experience with lasers, brows, waxing, nail care, or body contouring.
- Existing loyal client base.
