You will be exposed to asset classes including Fixed Income and Credit derivatives. Your focus will be on understanding and supporting trading activities such as pricing, risk analysis and other operations required by the trading and investment desks.Provide expert client support, address and resolve open cases promptly, and maintain strong client relationships through seamless follow‑up.Actively contribute to all phases of company projects, including upgrades, migrations, and implementations, and participate in client workshops.Manage defect corrections and drive product enhancements within internal product evolution streams.Conduct training sessions for both internal teams and clients, sharing knowledge and expertise.Offer on‑site support to clients as needed, with flexibility to travel internationally.Assist senior team members internally,
