Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Hand Electrician to oversee and coordinate project tasks within our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial electrical work in construction, and renovation, along with the ability to read and understand blueprints. As a Lead Hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Duties Supervise and lead a team of workers in office, ensuring tasks are completed safely and effectively.
Interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for various construction and electrical tasks.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems as needed.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.




Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout all phases of work.
Assist in training new team members on proper techniques and safety protocols.
Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction plans.
Experience as a commercial and residential electrician or in related electrical fields.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and their safe operation.
Strong maintenance person skills with experience in renovation projects.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00-$46.00 per hour
