Become a vital part of ATCO Frontec's Camp Services team as a Red Seal Baker at Artemis Blackwater Mine, central British Columbia. Your primary role will be to manage and lead the bakery operations while delivering exceptional baked goods to guests.

In this high-volume baking environment, you’ll utilize your extensive experience to oversee preparations, maintain quality and safety standards, and conduct training for subordinate staff. Your role will also include ensuring compliance with all necessary food handling regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the preparation of various baked goods
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards
• Record product variations and maintain logs
• Manage food inventory and minimize waste
• Train staff and oversee daily operations

Requirements:
• Red Seal Baker certification mandatory
• 5 years of commercial baking experience
• Food safety certificate required
• Solid multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills necessary
