As a Steward, your primary responsibilities involve verifying deliveries, maintaining food safety protocols, and ensuring products are correctly stored. This role emphasizes collaboration with the Food and Beverage Team, providing vital support during events. Your commitment to quality and teamwork will enhance fan experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Audit culinary requisitions against purchase orders
• Follow strict safety protocols in both warehouse and kitchen
• Educate on food products for improved service quality
• Receive and store deliveries,



implementing FIFO practices
• Communicate any Purchase Order issues to the chef team

Requirements:
• Prior stewarding or culinary experience is an asset
• Required Food Handler certification
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions
• Solid focus on cleanliness and punctuality
• Flexibility for shift work, including holidays
