Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks
• Execute minor electrical and plumbing repairs
• Conduct exterior maintenance and minor carpentry




• Adhere to safety protocols and file necessary reports
• Support housekeeping and additional duties when needed

Requirements:
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
• Familiarity with minor repairs and maintenance procedures
• Capacity for physical labor and moving heavy items
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and heating systems
• Requirements for a Vulnerable Sector Check
