Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate support during transfers and mobility
• Assist with medication administration and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and observations
• Facilitate dining experiences and assist with meal duties
• Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately

Requirements:
• Must complete a recognized Health Care Aide program
• Maintain current registration with relevant health boards
• Experience in care environments is preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
