Maintenance Technician I CCU - M1 Shift B 12-Hour Rotating Shift | Work Only 7 Days Every 2 Weeks

Our rotating 2-2-3 schedule gives you approximately 78 more days off each year than a traditional Monday–Friday schedule.
Available Shifts Day Shift: 5:50 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Night Shift: 5:50 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
Night Shift Premium: Additional $3.00 per hour
You will work seven days during each 14-day period:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
What You’ll Do As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and maintain manufacturing and facility equipment. Your work will help ensure secure, reliable operations throughout the plant.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and equipment-control issues
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
Repair and rebuild manufacturing machinery and related components
Troubleshoot motors, sensors, switches, relays, safety circuits, and control systems
Use a VOM/multimeter to diagnose electrical issues
Perform machine plumbing installation and repairs
Maintain forklifts, air compressors, and material-handling equipment
Verify that machine guards and safety circuits are working properly
Document completed repairs and preventive maintenance
Assist production employees with basic equipment and utility training
Work collaboratively with production and maintenance team members to reduce downtime
What We’re Looking For Required High school diploma or equivalent
At least three years of industrial maintenance, skilled-trade, equipment-repair, or related machine-operation experience




Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred—But We Encourage You to Apply Even If You Don’t Have Everything Degree, diploma, or certificate in industrial maintenance, electromechanical technology, or a related trade
Experience with pneumatic or hydraulic systems
Experience using a VOM/multimeter
Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment
Experience with process controls, controllers, motors, sensors, or variable-frequency drives
Previous experience in plastics, extrusion, packaging, or another manufacturing environment
Previous experience working a rotating 12-hour schedule
