About the position Haywood is currently seeking a Corporate Actions Administrator to join its Vancouver Office. To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate their commitment to providing exceptional customer/client service, attention to detail and a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges as they arise.
Responsibilities include Exercise, expire, accelerate and extend warrants and options
Monitor, record and value escrowed shares
Convert private to free trading shares
Process name changes and breakdowns of units and splits
Process mandatory, voluntary offers and conversions as required
Generate maturity reports and monitor CDS/DTC bulletins to ensure Investment Advisors receive accurate, timely information
Administer voting proxies and claim solicitation fees
Proxy mailing
Other general administrative duties as required
Education & Qualifications Experience with Dataphile Broadridge,



CDS and DTC applications is a definite asset
3 to 5 years of experience in the financial industry preferred
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
Skills & Key Attributes Strong ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage high volumes of transactions effectively
Possesses a solid understanding of the subject matter and can work independently on most tasks within their function
Gained practical experience through previous roles
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Positive analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Flexible personality to take on new challenges as they arise
Complete tasks with minimal direction/supervision
Acts as a mentor to junior team members, guiding them on best practices

Compensation: the expected salary range for this role is: $48,000 to $60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
