We seek a patient and passionate tutor for students with diverse learning needs. This permanent role focuses on individualized support for students facing challenges including autism and ADHD.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who require specialized strategies. You will assess strengths and adapt lessons accordingly, ensuring that all students feel valued and encouraged. Collaboration with parents and professionals is key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and define students' strengths and challenges
• Create customized tutoring strategies and lesson plans
• Support with academic tasks and personal development
• Reinforce essential study and organization skills
• Provide feedback and monitor progress with involvement from caregivers

Requirements:
• Proven experience with learning disabilities and autism
• Robust communication and rapport-building skills
• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere
• Flexible teaching methods based on student engagement
• Experience with IEPs or assistive technologies is preferred
