In this position, you will be responsible for dispatching transportation equipment effectively and ensuring service integrity by monitoring linehaul schedules. Accuracy in data entry and reporting is critical, as you will help manage delivery obligations and enhance capacity utilization
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch equipment according to Linehaul schedules
• Verify trailer load conditions and report discrepancies
• Enter dispatch data in the TMS system
• Communicate safety initiatives and report violations
• Compile reports for management on operations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Preferred dispatch experience in logistics
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety standards in all operations
• Candidates in Quebec must be bilingual
