You will work at St. Mary School and Our Lady of the Way School for 35 hours per week, assisting in behavioral management and skill development for students needing extra attention. The ideal candidate will collaborate with mental health professionals and educators to implement tailored support strategies. You’ll play an essential role in fostering a safe and inclusive educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and monitoring support programs
• Conduct social skills training sessions




• Collaborate with school staff to improve student outcomes
• Prepare and manage student progress reports
• Attend case conferences to discuss student needs

Requirements:
• Requires Secondary School Diploma and Child and Youth Care Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children
• Certifications in First Aid and CPI are mandatory
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Flexibility in addressing diverse student needs
