This full time role requires a fundraising professional with three or more years of experience to manage and cultivate a portfolio of midlevel and monthly donors. You will work closely with various departments to enhance donor engagement through tailored communications and impactful stewardship plans. Your efforts will help ensure the sustainability of TVO's educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage donor communication and engagement for over 500 supporters
• Create strategies for donor acquisition and retention
• Plan donor events and stewardship activities




• Collaborate on messaging for campaigns
• Evaluate donor engagement performance regularly

Requirements:
• Minimum three years in fundraising or donor relations
• Proven relationship-building expertise
• Familiarity with donor databases, preferably Raiser’s Edge
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills for donor interaction
