Role Details

Position: Clinic Manager

Location: Barrie, ON

Schedule: 44 hours/week (clinic operates 7 days/week with extended hours; schedule set with Regional Director)

Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 annually

About the Opportunity
We’re building a bench of exceptional leaders to take ownership of our growing network of clinics. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, energetic, and excited by the challenge of scaling a new practice.

As part of our unique leadership philosophy, you’ll begin with hands‑on training at a sister clinic, including 1–2 months as a Dental Administrator, giving you a deep understanding of our patient experience and operations before stepping fully into leadership.

What You’ll Do

Build and optimize clinic systems, workflows, and internal processes

Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team

Manage scheduling, payroll, and day‑to‑day HR functions





Oversee billing, insurance processes, and financial accuracy

Create and manage clinic budgets and performance metrics

Lead by example to deliver an exceptional patient experience

Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives

Train and support team members on systems and software (including Recall Max)

Foster a positive, accountable, and high‑energy team culture

What You Bring

2+ years of dental clinic management experience

2+ years of leadership experience (coaching and developing teams)

Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance systems

High energy, accountability, and a growth mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities

Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Flexibility to support a 7‑day, extended‑hours operation
