As we grow, we're looking for creative talent who can bring fresh ideas to our accounts and help bring those ideas to life on set.

The role
We're hiring a Content Creator to help drive the creative direction and execution of our client accounts. You'll generate content ideas tailored to each client's goals and audience, then be actively involved on shoots to help bring those ideas to life — from concept through to camera. This role works closely with our editors and account leads to make sure every shoot has a clear creative direction before the team ever hits record.

What you'll own

Developing content ideas and concepts for client accounts, informed by each brand's goals, audience, and industry trends

Attending and actively contributing to content shoots — helping direct scenes, adjust concepts on the fly,



and ensure what's captured matches the creative intent

Collaborating with editors and account leads to make sure shoot output translates into strong final deliverables

Staying current on content and social trends relevant to our client industries, and bringing new ideas to the team proactively

Supporting multiple accounts and shoot schedules, adapting creative approach to each client's brand and audience

What we're looking for

Experience in content creation, videography, or social media content, ideally in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment

A strong creative eye and genuine interest in what makes content perform

Comfortable being hands-on during shoots — problem-solving, adjusting, and contributing ideas in the moment

Reliable and punctual — shoots run on schedule and depend on the full team being ready to go

A collaborative mindset, able to take direction and give it, and work well alongside editors and other creatives

Comfortable being on camera

Strong organizational habits to manage ideas and shoot schedules across multiple accounts at once
