Apprentice Service Technician

Kyle, SK .

You will participate in on-the-job training to diagnose, repair, maintain, and support equipment across multiple product lines, while developing specialized skills that support long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, repair and service agricultural equipment with a commitment to customer support and pride in workmanship

Use specialized tools, cutting edge technology, and cutting-edge solutions to diagnose and complete complex repairs

Perform preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules/standards on equipment and related components

Gain knowledge of John Deere agriculture products

Use diagnostic tools and computer functions

Attend & participate in: Apprenticeship training,



John Deere University training and dealer-led training to further develop skills and technical capabilities

Requirements

Have a positive attitude & demonstrate a willingness to learn and succeed

Be mechanicallyminded, and have experience performing service repairs/maintenance

May currently be an Apprentice in a mechanical field or have the drive to become an apprentice

Having knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products would be considered an asset

High School Diploma/equivalent
