About the Role

Our client, a well-regarded recruitment consultancy, is looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment Resourcer to support their team in Kimberley . Working in a hybrid capacity, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential candidates for a variety of roles. Your primary focus will be on building talent pipelines and pre-screening candidates, ensuring a steady flow of qualified individuals for our consultants. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment, eager to develop sourcing expertise, and contribute to successful hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and skilled networks. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability. Build and maintain a strong talent pool of active and passive candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability with recruitment consultants.



Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Assist with candidate engagement and provide a positive initial contact experience. Requirements

Strong interest in a career in recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using online search tools and social media platforms.
