We are looking for an experienced Flour Mill Supervisor to manage milling operations within our P&H; Milling division. Your leadership will ensure production efficiency and high standards in safety and sanitation practices. You will be instrumental in training apprentices and assisting with scheduling and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee milling processes with the Head Miller's guidance
• Enhance mill productivity and efficiency through collaboration
• Ensure optimal daily mill performance checks
• Manage maintenance work during downtime periods
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness

Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma required
• 3-4 years industry experience in a flour mill
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
