We combine cutting-edge technology with hospitality expertise to help the world’s leading brands deliver outstanding guest experiences.**Position Summary:**As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders providing guidance and coaching on employee relations, talent development, leadership effectiveness, and organizational change. You will play a key role in fostering an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workplace while supporting the achievement of business objectives. This is an exciting prospect for an HR professional to combine business acumen with HR expertise, helping leaders navigate workplace challenges, strengthen team performance, and support employee success**What You’ll Do**• Coach and support leaders on employee relations, performance management, employee development, and workplace best practices. • Provide guidance on employment legislation, HR policies, and regulatory compliance. • Complete and oversee a variety of HR administrative activities, including employment documentation, employee data management, reporting, and compliance-related recordkeeping.



• Partner with leaders to support employee development, leadership development, workforce planning, and initiatives that enhance team performance and engagement. • Foster an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture by building strong working relationships and supporting employee engagement, productivity, and retention. • Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities, provide insights, and support informed business decisions. • Partner with Recruitment and hiring leaders to support hiring activities, recruitment strategies, and selection decisions. • Support organizational change initiatives through stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and leader coaching.**Other Duties**We expect this role to evolve. Other responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.## Human Resources Business Partner, Qualifications**What You’ll Bring**You’ll be successful in this role if you have:• Post-secondary education in education, business, adult learning, or a related field—or equivalent experience• 3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, operational leadership or people leadership• Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.• The ability to manage priorities, adapt quickly, and keep learning solutions focused on results• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and virtual learning platforms such as Microsoft Teams or similar learning technologies.• Experience supporting training and development initiatives within a contact centre or customer service environment is considered a strong asset.
