Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely service via virtual contact centre and other channels
• Maintain accurate records and process customer contracts
• Capture financial and program-specific information effectively
• Assist in resolving claims associated with Crop Insurance
• Complete clerical duties including filing and correspondence
Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience in frontline customer service
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent educational background
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Positive mathematical skills for data assessment tasks
• Successful candidates will be subject to a criminal record check
