Channel Sales Specialists will be a main point of contact for all owned partner accounts and are responsible to onboard and enable them to grow revenue by training and educating them on Samsung Mobility products and solutions. Reps are responsible for driving up-sell/cross-sell and competitive displacement conversations within accounts.
Promote and educate Channel Partners on Samsung Mobility products, services and sales/marketing tools.
Serve as Samsung Mobility subject matter expert for Channel Partners and Samsung sales teams, assisting with opportunities and promotions.
Provide answers to pre-sales technical questions for reseller/distribution account managers, sales representatives, and customers
Possess a clear understanding of Samsung Mobility product & solutions road map
Proactively communicate new product information to Resellers




Follow up with distribution/ resellers to ensure the marketing activity is launched properly and execution is timely
Promote sales incentive with reseller reps
Be a team player willing to back up others, take on special projects and proactively volunteer recent ideas to improve business flow and results
Requirements This role does require that you work in-office.
Education Minimum bachelor's degree in business or technical subjects preferred.
Experience Prior experience in channel and sales planning preferred.
3-5 years' experience in a marketing or sales environment preferred.
Experience in Consumer Electronics industry in sales or marketing analysis is an asset
